Version 3 (current) – Released 29/1/2020
Prospective updates for the new curriculum in 2020. The document may never be updated again so this is designed to retain some level of usefulness of the document, knowing of course that it may prove slightly inaccurate as some of it is based on conjecture.
Added a “notably absent formulae” section for formulae that do not appear in the official tables and formulae but really ought to as they need to be memorised.
Adjustments to the introduction and acknowledgements.
Formatting changes, most notably all tables converted to a booktabs style.
Some typos fixed.

Addition of a header.
